Q: How will you collect/return my dog?

 

A: I currently have a red Renault Kangoo 4x4 van that I transport the dogs in. I will come to your house and collect your dog. If there is an area within walking distance to you that is suitable for dog walking, I will normally walk your dog there. I can however, transport your dog if there is nowhere suitable closeby.

 

Q: Do you take dogs in the car and are you insured to transport them?

 

A: Yes, if needed the dogs are transported in the car which has business insurance and we are insured to transport the animals under our public liability insurance.

 

Q: Are dogs ever left alone in the car?

 

A: Unless there is an emergency, dogs are never left alone in the car.

 

Q: How long are dogs in the car?

 

A: Although we cannot always guarantee it, we try to make sure the dogs are not in the car for more than 15 minutes at a time.

 

Q: What is the set up in the car?

 

A: Dogs normally travel on the back seat, hooked in via a seatbelt clip to secure your dog whilst travelling. If you wish your dog to travel by a different mehod in the car, this can be discussed and we will facilitate this when we are able to. Dogs can also travel with their own blanket etc if the owner wishes. The van has air conditioning for very hot days.
